As promised, here's a little more info about our wing party (which was a blast and a half!). A group of friends had originally talked about going to Buffalo Wild Wings this weekend to hang out. Typically, when we go there the tab for Ryan and I averages $40-$50 with food and drinks- I just know we could do much better than that.

My bestie and I sorted out who would buy what and we got down to business. I picked up two 4 lb bags of tyson frozen chicken wings at around $9 each. In addition to wings I picked up 20 jalapenos (around $2), a couple blocks of cream cheese (again around $2), a package of bacon (around $3), and Some sauce ingredients (around $2).

We had decided on making 5 sauces- Regular Buffalo (medium), a chipotle, parmesan garlic, nuclear, and spicy asian.

For the chipotle, I just blended a bottle of the Louisiana wing sauce with half a can of chipotles in adobo and a few dashes of chipotle tabasco sauce- it was so good and so spicy!!

For the poppers, half and scrape out the seeds/membranes of about 20 jalapenos. Combine 2 packages of cream cheese with a few tablespoons of ranch dressing mix. mix together in a ziplock bag until well blended, them clip the corner of the bag and fill the jalapenos. Wrap with half a slice of bacon, and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. YUM!

All in all we had a fantastic time- and the average cost per person (we had 6 people) was about $6 each- WAY cheaper then going out for wings and beer!!
