My Meal Plan for the Week

I'm stopping by to pick up a few things at Publix tonight. This meal plan is based on the things I have on hand, and about $20 worth of produce, etc.

Monday: Tortellini Alfredo, Salad

Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken sandwiches, fries

Wednesday: Sauteed Scallops, Salad, mashed potatoes

Thursday: Chicken Pasta w/ Broccoli, Salad

Friday: Sweet & Sour Shrimp, Rice

Saturday: BBQ Chicken, potato salad
