I've come up with a base plan using the stuff I have on hand. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I have a 3.5 pound pork roast in my freezer, which I'll be splitting into two meals after cooking in the crock pot- BBQ Pork one day, and Pork Tacos the next.
Today: Tuna Burgers, Fries
Thursday: Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Saturday: Chicken Parmigiana, Salad
Sunday: Grilled Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes
I still need to come up with lunches for the weekend, but I think we're off to a good start! I may even make some rice pudding, depending on how cheap I can get some milk & raisins!Add a comment »
