It's that time of year again! Black Friday is right around the corner! The ad for CVS this year is awesome! There's a TON of Freebies! Rumor has it the ad actually starts Thanksgiving day, so this is the first thing I'll be doing on Turkey day to be sure I don't miss any of the deals!
I'll be starting out with 13 ECB. There's a deal coming up this Sunday for an Oral-B toothbrush that's $23, and you earn 13 ECB. The limit is 2. To be fair, I only have $7.95 ECB so my OOP for this Sunday may be around $25. Rumor has it that this Sunday's paper will have a $10 coupon for these toothbrushes, though, and if so my OOP this week will be $15...and I'll earn 13 ECB for Black Friday. $2 oop for $60 worth of toothbrushes isn't too shabby! :)
So here's a draft of my plan for Black Friday. This is only a draft- there's a good chance more coupons will come out for some of these items before then so I'll have to either tweak it a bit or add filler items to bring my total out of the negative (hate it when that happens!)
By the way- if you are just starting and don't have any ECB's you can still follow this plan. Your first transaction will be about $15 oop, but you'll end up spending very little after that - and saving a TON!
